For this reason, we offer estimated FEDEX/DHL shipping costs for packages weighing up to 15KG based on volume weight. In cases where the costs exceed this estimation, the system will display $999999. Shipping and Logistics
Once an order is processed and the goods are dispatched, we will provide the tracking number on both the customer’s account page and the invoice. The invoice will be sent to you once the order is completed. Please check the Spam Folder if you did not receive our email.  It is crucial for customers to monitor the shipment’s progress to prevent delivery issues that can lead to the unfortunate situation of “Return to Sender.”

Should such an occurrence arise, we will be required to await the return of the goods before initiating a re-shipment. In such cases, customers will bear the responsibility for any damages and associated expenses caused by multiple transit attempts.

Regarding damages or loss during shipping:

We ensure the safest packaging method for our goods, but in the event of damage or loss caused by the transport company during delivery, we will handle each case individually.

If a customer receives damaged goods, please promptly take a photo and email it to us at within 7 days after receipt of the trees. After verification, we will promptly provide a free replacement for the damaged product, and the customer will only be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
